Vanessa Dugdale qualified in 1999 and is a family solicitor with a wealth of experience in all areas of family law.

She represents clients in many different types of family law disputes including divorce, matrimonial finance, matters concerning children and cohabitee disputes. Her litigation case load is formed of a fairly even split of contested matrimonial finance cases and contested Children Act proceedings. She works closely with barristers and regularly instructs other professionals such as pension experts, property valuers and tax experts to assist with a case as required. Vanessa represents clients from all over England and Wales, often via recommendations from previous or existing clients.

Our offices are situated in Lymington, Hampshire however we frequently meet clients at our serviced meeting rooms in London, as well as remotely via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

Your first contact with us is usually a short telephone conversation to establish what legal advice you require, and whether we can help. We usually can.

You would normally then be booked in for an Initial Fixed Fee appointment (either in person, on the telephone or Zoom/Teams) at which you will be given both general advice about the law and procedure and specific advice in relation to your case. If you then wish to instruct the firm to represent you, we will guide you through the necessary formalities.
